The staff were friendly and efficient. The rooftop pool was a highlight. It included ample lounge chairs and was nice. The room featured a television with streaming services. I found the air conditioning worked effectively and kept the room cool.

The hotel location is central on Khao San Road. I found many food options right outside the hotel. The reception staffs were helpful .

The hotel provided only one room card. This was not very convenient for separate outings. The noise level was high, expected being on Khao San Road. I was unable to close my eyes because of the noise at night.

I LOVED the rooftop pool! it was VERY clean. The location is right on the main street, so taxis were always available. i could store my luggage at the reception desk. This was very helpful.

I only received one room card. It was inconvenient when we went different directions.

the location was central, near khao san road , and i could easily access money exchange and 7/11. the staff helped manage my stay and even facilitated an extension of two nights. i appreciated the clean , big room with ample space for my belongings.

i found that the hotel lacked chairs in the room, made sitting uncomfortable.
